Susan cumulates over 20 years of in-depth experience in Human Resources. Prior to joining CXAi Susan was Director of Talent Acquisition for a large global tier-1 outsourcing organization.
Susan oversees the organization’s recruitment and onboarding processes, employee benefit, payroll, health, and safety programs, as well as employee Engagement to assist in attracting and retaining top talent. Additionally, Susan facilitates and monitors the implementation of standardized human resource functions and initiatives. Susan works with the technical team to design, integrate and implement human resource software systems for better organizational efficiency. Susan also recommended new and improved measures for performance evaluations Implement internal control systems to ensure accountability and building the culture and team necessary to make the organization’s mission a success. She has also been instrumental in helping CXAi achieve its Great Place to Work Certification for many years running. Susan partners with the executive and management teams to Implement internal control systems to ensure accountability and continued success in building the culture necessary to make the organization’s mission a success. She is a graduate from Fleming College with a diploma in Human Resources and Douglas College with a diploma in Psychology and also holds a certificate in HR Law from Osgoode Hall Law School.Â
