Roland focus is on CXAi customer care programs for the Canadian operation. His responsibilities include but not limited to the strategies and to also oversee that the appropriate work plans are implemented for all portfolios serviced within Canada.
Roland brings over 18 years of Third Party and First Party BPO operations experience with Telecommunications, Transportation, Utilities, Health Care, 311 Non-Emergency Services and Retail portfolios. He joined CXAi in September 2021, after a long career with Walmart Canada as the Manager, Customer Experience and Contact Centre. He has a proven ability to create strategic clarity and growth, ensure disciplined execution, and deliver results. He is a graduate Alpine School of Hotel Management Diploma Hotel Restaurant and Business Practices.
Roland oversees the daily operations, improving operational efficiencies within departments, monitors revenue productivity margins, develops guidelines for personnel evaluations, staff advancement, recruitment procedures and ensures strategic work plans are implemented, and services provider. This in addition to maintaining an internal control system to ensure accountability by building a team culture necessary to make the organization’s mission a success.
